Dear Members,
1. Board members with their spouses are requested to be at the venue by 6-00 pm so that the portrait session can be completed early.
2. All other members - please be at the venue with spouses by 6-30 sharp - to continue with the portrait session.
We should start the installation event by 7-30 pm and therefore maintaining timing is important.
