RCSS Business meet - 27th June 2015.

Greetings Rotarians,

The current Rotary year is at the fag end and we are on the threshold of a new promising year.

As you are aware the Installation is planned to be held on 12th July 2015. There is a lot of planning, delegation, co-ordination to be done hence we are having a General Body Assembly/Business Meeting this Saturday as per details below.

Date : Saturday 27th June, 2015
Time : Breakfast followed by meeting from 8:30 AM onwards
Venue : Capitol, Taj Tristar, S. D. Road, Secunderabad.

The agenda will be

1. Discussion on the Installation Nite
2. Discussion on Forth Coming projects

Request everyone, especially the board members to be present and add value to the discussions.
