RCSS Minutes of first meeting 14.07. 2012 (Saturday).

The first meeting of RCSS under the Presidentship of Rtn Amarnath took place on 14th July2012 at Hotel Marriott. Attended by 18 members.

The meeting started after breakfast at 9.15hrs.Rtn Amarnath called the meeting to order. Thought for the day was read by Rtn. Vaman Rao , PP.

President thanked all members for making the installation programme a success. It was emphasized that the club should find new members and consolidate its strengths like good fellowships and also have more Community programmes. The notebook distribution programmme was appreciated by all members.

It was announced by President that, Rtn. Dr. Ajayseth has come forward to do 50 eye surgeries free of cost for poor patients. It was requested by Secretary that, the club members would identify form the community and refer to him at his eye centre situated at Nacharam.

All the board members Rtns. Ramayya , Rajesh Pamnani, Lokesh Jain, Ravindranath, J.P. Vasandani , Chandrashekar present gave an outline for their plan of things for the forthcoming year.

The treasurer PP Rtn Shravan Malani, requested the members to pay the subscription at the earliest to enable smooth functioning of the club.

The secretary Rtn Ajay Seth made the announcements of forthcoming district and club events.
