Our next club meeting is tomorrow 3.12.11 Saturday. Details as
mentioned below: -

Meeting Subject : Introduction to Isha Kriya (A Simple Yet Powerful Process).Isha Kriya is a simple yet powerful tool drawn from the very core of yogic sciences. Isha means that which is the source of creation. Kriya means an inward action towards that. The whole purpose of Isha Kriya is to create your life the way you want it. This is a highly beneficial process that can be practiced by anyone irrespective of their religion or belief system.Daily practice of Isha Kriya provides:
Enhanced clarity
Improved health
Heightened focus and energy
During the meeting an introduction would be given to the Isha Kriya process. A Teacher from Isha Yoga centre would speak about Isha Kriya and show a video with the introduction. All participants will be provided with a Free DVD with brochures to learn and practice this technique.Please refer to attachment for more details.

Time: Breakfast @ 8.30 am
