Cultural event NAGAR Held on 29.01.11

Dear Rotarians,

As planned our members have partcipated in the above event, The event was graced by our Dist Governor Rtn..Rajyalaxmi. The event was started with the song by the members of RC Airport. The singers were present in the coloratura attire has attracted every one in tne audience , Later on the group song sung by Rotarians of RC Silvserline. The song Jack Jill sung in different styles including Telangana style. This made audience to laugh heartily. Dance programmed were presented by RC Silverline and RC Adarsh. Silverline programme was presented with the couples and had dance with fusion.RC Adarsh also presented the dance program me, which was very much liked by the audience . RC Gachibowli has presented a skit with members of their club with a beatiful message.

Later on the prizes were distributed to the participants . Host clubs have arranged the lunch to the members,

Later on a separate meeting was conducted with Presidents and Secretary"s of the clubs present . The Agenda was distributio on School Benches, as it was planned to distribute the same in presence of Chief Minister of AP and Minister Ms. Purandhes at NTR Stadium, Opposite Indira Park at 11.00am.Rtn. Bhasker Reddy incharge of the project sought the cooperation of all the clubs in organizing such a big event.

We have returned with the satisfaction of being participant and as it is likely to be conducted in the presence of Guinness World records officials.
