Club Service : Club Assembly

As planned, we have gathered at Hotel Marriott.The meeting was called to order by the President . He informed the members athbeout recent activities of the club.Thought for the day was read by one of the members present. Secretary has informed the membf etrhse following activities.

29.1.11.......NAGARA the dist cultuiral event at Sundarayya Kalakshetram, Bagh Lingampaalli at 11.30 am
Secretry had requested the members to paricipate in the events. He has also informed of the proposed visit to Kanha National Park with Family and children.and requested them to inform their willingness to plan the visit.Members were also informed of the vist District Governor to the club and annoncing the name of in comoing President during her visit.

Rtn. Narender Gauri(Charter President) has informed about the efforts of the Fund raising program me. He had advised the members to come forward to take the leadership for the year 2011-12. Various members were asked to take the leader ship and many expresse their inability because of their commitments. Meeting ended without taking the decision on leadership.
