INTRAOCULAR LENS IMPLANT AN REPORT .

The club targeted for 100 I.D.L. operations. Along with very active participation of Sadhuram Eye Hospital, Hyderabad, the first camp was conducted on 18th September 2005 after a prior vide publicity in adjoining villages. 117 patients were examined of which 19 were detected with Cataract. In which I I patients were immediately provided with free tnmspot1, operation, food and postoperative cart: at Sadhuram Eye Hospital.
They are extremely happy to" get back their sight. Remaining 8 persons have also been Successfully operated in the next batch on 21st September 2005.

The next target area was Kallkal Village, Toopran Mandal Medak District, where Second Eye Camp was conducted and 150 patients were examined. of which 11 persons were detected with Cataract. 7 patients were immediately provided free transport for Eye Operation. free food and postoperative care at Sadhuram Eye Hospital and they were dropped at their homes of Kallkal Village. They were extremely happy to get back their sight.

Third Eye Camp was conducted at Chinnakandukuru Village at Zilla Parishad School, where 70 villagers were tested of which 7 were detected Cataract. They were also similarly taken care of at Sadhuram Eye Hospital and the following persons have to be thanked for their support.
