RCSS Formal making over of hundred benches to four schools at and around Amangal on 24th July 2014.

   

Report on Event held at Amangal for formally making over of school benches to four schools Mr Bimal Goradia, President RCSS accompanied by Rtn. Ramayya K A and Rtn. Amarnath have attended the function at Girls High School, Amangal located on Srisailam Road. Function was organised by Head Mistress, Girls High School on behalf of four schools Viz Padkal High School, Avurapalli High School, Kadthal UPS and Amangal Girls High School.
The function was presided by Mrs Aruna, HM of Amangal Girls High school. The function started with welcome by one of the teachers. Mrs Aruna, in her opening remarks gave details of interactions with reps of RCSS which resulted in allotment of benches.
Later on, Rtn. Ramayya K A briefed the gathering about focus areas of Rotary organisation and the contributions made by the organisation in eradication of polio. He briefly mentioned about the TEACH program and its importance for elimination of illiteracy. He further suggested for formation of interact club, rotaract clubs and Rotary club at Amangal.
Rtn. Amarnath spoke on the details of interactions he had with HMs of schools in and around Amangal and how he has started meeting their requirements. He further assured some more support from RCSS for several schools within the limitations of funds.
Mr Habeeb, HM of Avurapalli thanked profusely for help rendered and mentioned the balance requirements for his school. Mr Baburao, HM of Padkal narrated the details of interactions with RCSS and how RCSS fulfilled their needs. He further requested for supply of shoes and other requirements for his school. Mr Yadaiah ,HM of Kadthal UPS thanked RCSS for supply of benches and requested for more support for improving the facilities for students. All the HMs mentioned that performance of students has improved due to the support given by RCSS.
Nearly 600 girl students have attended the meeting along with all the staff members. Press reps were present and briefing was done. All the HMs gave their representation containing their requirements to RCSS.
The meeting concluded with vote of thanks by the school HM.
