RCSS Making over of School Benches on 21st July 2012 @Centinary School Secunderabad.

   
   

We ,the members of RCSS met at Centenary School on 21.3.2012 at 8.30 am, took a round at the school and had a sumptuous breakfast being arranged by Rtn. Chandrashekar PP.

About 18 members of our club has joined for the programme including Rtn. Shankar , Asst. Governor of the club and Dr. Shrivastav of CSIM ( Guest) joined us for this programme of donation of Benches to the school. The 25 nos. benches are useful to Primary sections starting from Class I to class V are donated to the school in presence of students, Head Mistress of primary and High School sections of the school.

After the above , we have conducted meeting in which the following speakers spoke.

President has outlined the programmes conducted by the club ,at this school for the past 5 years. Like Benches distribution, Medical Camp, Shoes Distribution, Note Books Distribution, and Young girls health programme for one year. He also intimated that, with this batch of benches school does not require any more benches.

Rtn. Shankar in his speech has lauded the efforts of the club. He said he is very happy being present in this programme ,as he is alumni of this school

Dr. Shrivastav in his speech has appreciated the efforts of the club and Rotary international. He has also informed about the activities of CSIM.

Head mistress of Primary Section Mrs. Jasmine and Head mistress of High school Mrs. Feroza has expressed their happiness as all of their students can study comfortably. They have also requested our club to donate liberally for the renovation of Kindergarten section, which involves an expenditure of Rs. 25,000/- for which , President has sought time to get the approval of the board.

Mean while Rtn. Murali Krishna, Sergeant at arms has come forward to donate the said amount for improvement of the school. Every one felt happy at the turn of events., more so the staff of the school.

Rtn. Pravinkumar Sharma has donated Stationery items viz. Pens, Pencils, Colour Crayons to the students of the school.
