RCSS 12th Installation function at Hotel square on 08.07.2012.

Rotary club of Secunderabad Sunrise has conducted installation of New office bearers for the year 2012-13, on 8.7.2012 at Hotel Square, Inside Balayogi Paryatka Bhavan, Begumpet, Hyderabad.
The chief guest of the evening was Dr. Ravindranth, Chairman cum Managing director of Global Hospitals, Lakdikapul, and Hyderabad. The guest of Honor was Rtn. Shanker Moostiala,.
The meeting was started at 7.30 pm with the invocation by Ann Vijayalaxmi w/o Rtn. Chandrashekar.
Afterwards, the function started with President Rtn. Shravan Malani in his speech highlighted the achievements of the past year community projects, Movie fellowships, Family fellowships. Rota Olympics conducted by the club was special mention as it was a grand success. The vocational awards after the event was conducted with honouring the old Sports personalities of yester years and the cultural programme conducted physically challenged people. He also has given the mementos to the all the people who have contributed to the success of the programmes of the last year.
Later on Rtn. Praveen Shama has presented the programmes by video which was visual treat.
The Installation of Mew President Rtn. K.Amarnath and Rtn. Ajay Seth , Secretary was done by Rtn. Shanker, AG of the Club. The President also called upon all the board members
President , Rtn.K.Amarnath in his speech, accepting the responsibility bestowed and sought cooperation of each and every member for implementing programmes of the club VIz. Diagnostic Centre ,Benches Distribution, Distribution of Note Books, Fellowship Programmes etc.
He has started his programme by donating Note Books numbering 5,300 nos. worth Rs. 1,30,000/- to Various schools. The note books were handed to beneficiaries by one of the Sponsorers of books, Sri. Sammireddy garu.
Later on Rtn. Vijay rathi, Ann Kavitha Rathi and Ms. Nikhita Rathi has donated TV and DVD set to a primary school located in Lambadi Thanda on Hyderabad Srishailam High way,
The Chief guest in his speech appreciated the efforts of the club and Rotary international in the eradication of polio. He also spoke about oncoming challenges in medicine with emphasis on increasing incidence in obesity. He emphasized the need to have more diagnostic centers in city and assured the support of Global Hospitals in this regard.
Rtn. Shanker in his speech was full of quotations . He has wished all the success to the new team lead by Rtn. Amarnath and assured his cooperation in implementing the programmes of Rotary.
Rtn. Dr. Ajayseth has delivered vote of thanks.
