Community Services:-Brief report of MEDICAL CAMP :Gauri Ashram , Dulapalli on 16.1.2011

Dear Rotarians,

We have gathered at Gauri Ashram situated at Bahadurpalli near Dulaplli village on 16.1.11 at 10.00am . We have been heartily welcomeed by Rtn.D.N.Gauri and Rtn. Narender Gauri (Charter President of our club) The meeting was well attended by various Govt officials,Doctors representing various hospitals like Sunshine Hospital, Narayana Hridayalaya, and our team of Doctors lead by President Dr. Surender. Dist. Governor Rtn. Rajyalaxmi also graced the occasion . In the meeting Mr. Ajay Mehra , DIG hgave his inaugural speech and praised the efforts of Gauri Ashram and the Rotary International .Rtn.Rajyalaxmi has explained the various activities of Rotary Clubs in respect of Health & praised the initiative taken by Gauri Ashram . Later on all the villagers who came for check up have utilized the facilities like Cardiology, Dental Eye , Prediatrics obsteics and Gynecological problems. The patients were given medicines . About 1000 nos of villagers were benifited by the camp.

The blood donation camp was also organized with the help of RedCross Society Hyderabad. About 30 nos of units of Blood were collected. We Have also had our lunch being arranged by Gauri Ashram. We have returned with the satisfaction of participating in the Medical Camp.
